I've swapped primary cafe doctors several times and can say that CHI sets the bar for how healthcare providers should care for their patients. Won't go anywhere else

I love my primary doctor and her nurses very much! They are very attentive and good at making you feel comfortable. Customer service was okay. Also billing is AWFUL! I’ve called multiple times to get my insurance changed because they put in their system incorrectly so none of my bills were being covered by ANY insurance. STILL having this issue to this day!!!!

The reception was awful. She has dark black hair. Greetings are most important this makes you upset the rest of the visit.

I absolutely love my primary doctor here. She’s super attentive and thorough. She listens to my complaints and takes them all seriously. I love that the lab is just one floor away so I don’t have to drive across town to a third party place. The building is always clean and in good repair. The staff is always very professional and cordial. They have a patient portal that’s detailed, secure and easy to navigate. If you want to get shoved off to the side and told your medice history means nothing. And wait 4 months for them to read your blood work. Its a great place to go. Oh and BTW that patient advocacy line they tell people to call is unattended. Nobody answers.
