Very friendly and down to earth staff that made me feel comfortable, and like my concerns were valid. Renner has very good bedside manner.
I have really only used the Emergency Department which is fine, but the Administration, Admissions and Billing Departments are the worst, I don’t think they have a clue about how things are supposed to work when dealing with Disabled Veterans. If I could give a lower rating I would but the ER staff is great . I seriously think the Hospital Administrator needs to look for a new line of work, they are not doing even an acceptable job in my opinion. I will not use them again, even for life threatening situations.
