Dr long is and has been my Doctor for many years. Always concerned about my health and always tries to provide excellent health care and sends me to speaclist anytime he feels the need to help with my healthcare. He has my appointment set up as quickly as possible and his staff is very professional and will call and check up on any of my needs. So I have full confidence is Mr Long and his staff. They have always been nice to me. They are great healthcare providers. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else

I have been increasingly disappointed with the level of service over the past few months. On one occasion, when I needed a prescription refill, the wrong medication was called in—a different antidepressant—which led to significant complications and weeks of dysregulation.
