Had my c section here and they are incredible! So caring and loving. The nurses and Dr s were so kind and attentive before during and after my birth. I love it here!

Please steer far away from here if you plan on giving birth/pregnant. I cannot tell you in this review everything because it’ll be a book. But for starters you are just a number to them! You will never see the same doctor twice, they will never take you seriously. Extremely rude nurses and doctors. They’re called sloppy joe for a reason. One doctor will tell you one thing and the next will tell you the complete and total opposite. Everything I go here, I get told that I need to see a bariactric surgeon and or a nutritionist. I have needed a pap done for about 2 or 3 years now but every time I've gotten ready for that, I had an ultrasound and to check my sugar. Twice I've left there crying. My sugar is not normally high and I get it tested every year with my regular doctor. Was told my him that I wasn't ovulating despite me still having periods. I've been on the hunt for another obgyn instead of him.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Anthony Smith at the CHI OBGYN in Richmond. This was a referral by my doctor for an annual visit (PAP) which was not done. What was done, however, was Dr. Smith telling me that dispite my doctor believing the inflammation in my arteries being from my birth control, as it could possibly be and since I have been on birth control for 10 years that would make the most sense, it was instead most definitely because I am overweight and need to lose weight. It’s was horrible experience I cried he is demeaning and condescending to women and made up some lies I didn’t even say just convince me I’m crazy he doesn’t listen and discriminated me for personal and medical history he isn’t a nice person at all nor is he humble
