When it came to my sons enlarged tonsils Dr Wilson kept refusing to remove even with reoccurring strep- just continued to prescribe medication that was not helping. Got another opinion elsewhere and was finally able to get my sons tonsils removed (said it was the biggest they’ve seen in a very long time) my son is breathing better no thanks to this Dr.
Very very nice staff! I was having a lot of anxiety and they made me feel a lot better. Being very friendly and telling me everything I need to know.
Dr. Wilson is the best and I would recommend him to anyone. Not only did he answer all of my questions and concerns about my toddlers procedure, but my son loved him - and at the time he was very standoffish to people. He is a great doctor. The staff was also great, so friendly with my 3 year old and me. I really can’t say enough good things about not only Dr. Wilson but his staff!
Saw Dr Wilson because of lingering thoart congestion and related issues. Went thru three rounds of medication with condition persisting. Called for an appointment. No tesponse. Called 4 more times over a week for a total of 5 times before I got a response. Was told they checked their voice mail messages once a week on Thursday. . So, if you call the London KY office on Friday don't expect a response any earlier than the next Thursday. Now I have all the issues I had originally in addition to an 80% loss of hearing in one ear... read more
