I have been to this hospital several time due to same issue, the staff there are sometimes alright and other times they are rude and insulting and even spiteful and go out of their way to hurt you. My last visit my doctor stood across the room from me and refused to get any closer cause my husband and I smoked one cigarette before going in. I've just gone back and read some more reviews.. I'm get same thing our family dealt with. These nurse??? They talk about people so loud for everyone to hear, they roll there eyes forget compassion. I've heard them talk about me when I couldn't even understand why? I didn't do anything? Just because I was there?! I read the one about the x-ray of the lady with the leg fracture that's exactly what they did to me. Only mine was a kidney stone. Came in alot of pain CT showed nothing . I live in Richmond and this use to be the only hospital I would deal with for any reason. Had many surgeries here would only bring my son here. And one of the an older gentleman after I was coming in repeatedly with same symptoms diagnosed me!! I ended up having IC it's a bladder and kidney issue... Horrible. But lately I'm not sure what has happened to there nursing staff. They are rude, hateful and act like your completely putting them out.
