They are a great place especially Carmel she’s a nurse practitioner and she’s great and I’ve give them a 5 stars just on that but I’d give them a 1 star based on the fact THEY NEVER ASNWER THE PHONE! I can call 10x during business hours and nothing, can’t reschedule an appointment, see what time it is, ask questions about emergencies or nothing! It’s ridiculous on how unprofessional they are about answering the phones which is their job to! I’d get a job there just to make sure the phones were being answered, it’s absolutely... read more

I have been trying for months to just get my migraine medication. After unanswered messages and requests I finally get a snippy reply stating I have to have an appointment. Fine got an appt for Feb 4th. Then it gets rescheduled to April with no communication as to why. When you try to call the listed number you get a revolving message and no options to talk to a person or anything. This is ridiculous.
They are really nice and polite they tell you what's going on and explain it to you
