Jim and crew built a pool for my husband and I in the fall of 2018. He was pleasant to work work with, as was the crew. Unfortunately When problems began to pop up customer service was terrible. Hard to pin down anyone to fix things or finish up last little details. Our fist summer 16 of the coping stones came off and the grout cracked and fell out. Jim sent someone to fix it.
