I did a home sleep study. I went to my appointment to get the results and they took the wrong patient back and started to give them my results. A few minutes into it and they realized their mistake. (HIPAA violation) They then scheduled me for a study at the clinic. The nurse practitioner promised that she would call me with the results so that I didn’t have to make another appointment.
