Havent even been able to become a patient because they give you no notice or reminder of the appt aside from paperwork to fill out that only has their address and no info about time and place. They have “no electronics” aside from a phone apparently so there is no app, website, email notifications to help with scheduling; so hopefully you arent going for memory issues… They called me 2 hrs after my appt telling me we could schedule something else but, I have no idea when a good time is for me now. As a patients granddaughter I simply adore this office, her NP, Erin Martin was always so attentive and answered any questions or concerns she may have had. The staff was always very welcoming and inviting to us and had no issue with me being with her at her appointments whatsoever!

I called this morning to get an appointment. It was on my er release to set up an appointment with them within 2 days. Receptionist for the PA was veryyy rude. Ask me why in the world i was referred to them. I asked if i could get appointment she then tells me well it will probably be 2 or 3 months to get appointment. She then hing up on me. Im so 😠.
Great providers and always listen to my needs. Highly recommend
