The customer service is very hit or miss. Some people are genuinely so sweet and then there are some women there who are kinda rude for no reason it seems. And they forget to call you back. I've been waiting for a month now to hear back about a referral. I called them and left a voicemail to remind them but heard nothing back after that one as well. I was so sick almost died and they all went out of their way to be there and took care of me with such kindness and all the blessings i could ask for I thank GOD for this staff and drs and being right here at home.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional
