Nurse refused to register my mother because she didn't want to see any more patients today. We got there at 520 they close at 6 and their sign says plainly they take patients up till 20 mins before they close. Common Spirit has a problem they should address it's the blonde haired older blue scrub wearing nurse who either can't read or doesn't care about patients.
Always receive timely and excellent care. The entire staff is great.

I really want to like CHI convenient care— but I can’t. When I went for a last minute sickness in 2022 they saw me and were friendly and efficient, but since then, it’s been a headache and a hassle with this group. In 2024 I needed a work physical for a last minute job I accepted. I couldn’t get in with my PCP in time, so I called ahead to this clinic and they said they would be able to look at me and sign off.
