Look it’s not great. Yeah it’s convenient because it’s in the shopping centre and they always have a spot available but that’s because it’s a factory. I doubt there is a single qualified massage therapist in the place. I had a full body 1 hour massage only because my health fund covered the entire cost. It was a mixture of pain and massaging spots that weren’t even muscles. Sure they were polite but that’s about it. It’s equivalent to a $6 massage in Kuta Bali. It’s not the worst but it’s not great. Would not recommend.
Best massage I’ve ever had! Andy is amazing!! My shoulder has been in so much pain for months and after 1 hour massage with Hot Rocks, I feel amazing! I have not had this much relief in a long time. Thank you so much Andy.

Was in Coffs just for the day. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me without any fuss. Gave me a quote after my health fund rebate. I told them exactly what area I would like to have worked on and which areas to stay away from. No neck and no head! Betty was just the best! It was my first time visiting. Even though I made a same-day booking, they kindly accommodated me, and the service was excellent. I wanted to stay awake to fully enjoy the experience, but it was so comfortable that I ended up falling asleep. Thank you so much
