Had concrete poured in April. Lousy job to begin with. Was told they would send someone out to repair anything I needed. Last conversation I had was in June 5th. Then the owner texts me almost two months later saying someone would be at my house today to repair the concrete. Sorry but this isnt on your time anymore. I havent heard from you in almost two months now you want things done in your time? And you then threaten me? No the right thing to do with your clients. Poor customer service.

They have not been back to complete work they were paid to do by my insurance. They were paid in full and claim they will come back but when its convenient for them. They have yet to come back. Job should have been completed 12/2021.

I was bullied by the owner *****. He said that he would be back to finish the punch list. To date he has not been. 1 1/2 years later Every time I called for him to complete the jobs he would say yes, or he would say the warranty time is up. Excuse me. The items were not even completed. How can time be up?! I stopped calling after 6 months. To date I have no water running to my outdoor faucets.
