Received compassionate and thorough care during my visit despite being busy.
I came here around 1am nobody was here the lady that came to help me was super rude, didn’t have communication skills or any type of manners. CHI needs to do better stop just hiring anybody cause yall need workers !!!
This is for emergency place downstairs. They make you wait for so long. One time I took my 2 years old and she was having cough, nausea, fever. She doesn’t talk so it was hard what was going on. And they made us wait 2 hours and k keep on pushing them to put us to room. Then inside the room doctor came and gave popsicles and left didn’t come even after 30ish minutes. So I left and just bought otc med. This kinda thing I have experienced quite a few in this same emergency place. But upstairs is nice. The doctors the reception... read more
