CHI St. Francis has the absolute worst billing department. Does anyone know a good contact that can help with a problem with a patient account? I know it is all 3rd party, but I am tired of talking to entry-level customer service reps, getting the run-around, and being told to call back in 30 days.
Nothing about working with this office, or the Physician Network, has been a pleasurable experience. Words can not express our frustration here. Trust the negative Google reviews—it’s that bad.

Antelope Creek Family Physicians don't seem to care about patients. Calls are not returned; prescriptions are not filled. If you don't care about your patients, you will lose them. Not only did they not return my calls about prescriptions I'd been waiting for for two weeks. When they did send prescriptions, they sent the wrong kind, and the wrong dose.
