Couldn’t get into my physician, so went to this quick care. The doctor working was clearly under educated and unable to help me. She basically told me I was a viral infection and to wait it out. Four days later went to my primary care because I was even worse… diagnosed with untreated bronchitis possibly turning into pneumonia. Don’t waste your time going here!

I had the best experience today at This facility. Kelsie S. Scheer was so kind and patient and just a gem. I felt confident in her and she is very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend her when you're feeling a bit under the weather. I rate my experience a 10 outta 5 ☆. Thank you Kelsie.

Maybe avoid this place. I called about a travel immunization. They talked in circles for 20 minutes about scheduling a check-up, getting prescriptions, and other nonsense until I finally gave up. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I called Walgreens, had a one minute conversation, and got the immunization 30 minutes later.

CHI had a system outage for HOURS!!! and I couldn't get in to see a doctor where I usually go. I went to this clinic because it was closer to my home. When I got there it was ten minutes before 6:00p.m. so I thought I would be fine. I was definitely not ok with the physician on staff. She told me she was with a patient and they were closing at 6:00p.m. I tried pleading with her about the time because I was told by the answering service that they are open until 7:30p.m. Terrible customer service!
