Waited for 2 hours with 3 people in front of me, then got told it was going to be another 45 min to an hour so they could see someone that was not even there yet.
After waiting 5 hours for a return call..I gave up. Everytime I called..their auto reply said they were with another patient. I'll take my business elsewhere (apparently, they don't need it). Step up CHI!
Had the BEST experience tonight at Hy-Vee’s quick care. Drove all around Omaha trying to find an Urgent Care that was open, crossed my fingers they would take us because it was 7:15 and I knew they closed at 7:30. Darcy welcomed us in, took care of my daughter and ordered us some medicine, all within 30 min. Can’t tell you how grateful I was for her help! A++++
Front desk was great for greeting but the Lab Office staff at 11:45am on 06.01.2020 could not nor have cared less about me. Malissa, who took care of me, has before and is one of the reasons I come back. Complete pro.
Two doctors. Nicole was obviously learning and Darcy was training. Nicole asked Darcy for her opinion and Darcy replies with “Um, I wasn’t fully listening, but...” seriously?!?! Waste of money. I have ZERO confidence in their abilities and I will not be returning.
