i was here for 4 months during 2021. i can wholeheartedly say it was the most positive treatment experience ive had. staff and admin communicated positively and were open and honest. i went in a closed off, combative, disrespectful young teen and came out with dozens of new resources and a healthier mindset. the individual therapists will push you to get more intense in your treatment, which can be really uncomfortable and hard at first, but in the end it’s worth it. my therapist (Mr Chase and then Miss Summer) helped me fin... read more

We currently have our daughter here. We were lied to about how the program was setup the handbook we were give was pre covid is what we were told they no longer transition kids home its they are there untill there out type of program. There communication is horrible they dont have a therapist for the kids to talk to there at night or on weekends. Emails and phone calls dont get returned for days. Meantime I was told by the director Denise whom is especially rude if I dont like it just check my child out against medical advic... read more

I was transferred here from a another hospital on February 24 2022 and I had the best experience I have had. When I first came I was really scared but I two incredible nurses Ms Karlie and Ms Megan they made me feel like I was actually wanted and want to thank them for everything they have done for me to make me get better. Something that I loved from my experience here is my nurse Ms Megan would come in my room for the 15 minute checks when she knew I wasn’t doing good she would come in my room and go what up girl. Back in February of 2015 I was here and during my time I was not healthy mentally... seeing things & hearing voices. During my stay there I got to know a few people and built some sort of friendship but they were patients and I was too. It was scary sometimes because some kids would get mad and have an outrage but other than that it was ok.
