Wasn't happy with the service, some nurses and doctors need more training, some of them don't have the people skills that is needed for the job they have chosen. Almost a year wasted and disappointed i couldn't even get the surgery i needed at this hospital. Their workers comp worker just stop responding, she wouldn't pick up the phone, she wouldn't even return my calls, she didn't correct paperwork that needed fixing i was just trying to get surgery and get approved for it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not ever go to this clinic if you are looking for even the bare minimum of care for your injury. You will be screamed at, belittled, and if you dare to ask a question, they will verbally abuse you. They will gaslight you and give you objectively incorrect information. Dr Wischmeier is impossible to reach and does not document what he says to you, which if you are seeing him for a work comp claim, is a major problem. Do NOT go here. The dr is an absolute quack and the post-OP nurse is soooooo rude, condescending, and flippant its UNREAL. I think her name is Mary or Mary Jo Ansfeldt or a similar last name. You do NOT want to wake up from surgery and she's the first thing you see, encounter, deal with. The only reason I gave it one star is because ZERO is not an option. The dr christianson mutilated my arm and lied to me multiple times.
