Any time I have needed to see a doctor whether my doctor was available or not I have always been able to be seen by another doctor and treated. I feel that I get excellent care at this clinic.
rude front desk staff,
Came into ER for chronic illness related sickness, staff had my med records, and they refused to listen to me about the treatment I knew I needed. Staff behaved like I was an idiot, my concerns did not feel valued. One time, an APRN there had the audacity to ask if I "shared needles" when I sought treatment for the same chronic illness symptoms, especially after I had already explained my medical history that she had pulled up on her screen to begin with.
