It's pretty much impossible to get hold of anyone at this office. I have tried numerous times to call them with no luck. I also see someone has lodged a complaint with the BBB because they won't answer their phone and don't accept payments via HSA cards. I'm pretty sure they have a collection agency trying to get money from me, but I refuse to pay them when the company I owe the money to doesn't make itself available.
