I went to the emergency area information service, neither the boy nor the girl could answer my question. I needed to know when I need to return to the hospital again to follow up on my analysis since the doctor called me on the phone and told me that I needed to come back again. It is truly unfortunate that the service at the information desk is not at an adequate level for the quality of doctors who treated me there. This was probably the best ER experience we’ve had. Everyone there was kind and supportive.

Absolutely do not go here if you are seriously injured. Did absolutely nothing to relieve pain until four hours !!!!!!! Later. Was just wrong. Never seen anything like it anywhere else in an emergency room. They were only persistent on giving a tetanus shot . Didn't bother with what we were there for.

I had an unusually good experience here. Very possible that they were having a slow night for sure, but I walked into the lobby, informed the people running the desk of why I was there, was called by almost immediately, nurse took the vitals and paperwork, and a doctor was in the room in 5 minutes, problem was fixed, and I was out the door in just under an hour. Every person I spoke to their was kind and respectful and had tons of patience with my kid who had to tag along.

Walked in with my kiddo. He woke up to a swollen and painful ear canal. We were in and out in about 30 mins. I would wait hours to be treated by the staff at Midlands ER. They were all so kind and professional. Would recommend to anyone.
