I had an appointment at 320 but not seen until literally 545! Not once did anyone apologize for the wait, give an explanation for the wait, or give an estimate on how long it would be. If I wasn't so far along I would be switching facilities. My last 3 appointments have been ridiculous. I miss work to be to my appointment on time and end up having to pay day care extra since I'm so late and miss dinner with my family. Loved going there in the beginning but now it's been more of a hassle than anything.
