I had an awful experience in the er when i went for chest pain. my first nurse whos name i didnt catch (who was literally the only one to actually examine my chest) and nurse ben were very kind and helpful but after that nurse ham was incredibly rude and dismissive. Was going to CHI for a chronic condition that they couldn't seem to figure out. Several blood tests, several other tests, several pointless appointments of "try lifestyle changes" and no resolution. Went on for over a year. Got a second opinion from another hospital, and they instantly found the issue and shamed CHI. I was VERY sick and VERY mishandled. As a patient who is currently staying here, yall get 2 stars. Some staff are honestly amazing, but the rest of yalls staff suck. They don’t listen. Like if I press my call button it shouldn’t take a nurse 30 minutes to get into my room. And the food isn’t great.
Took out my ruptured appendix last year with great success. Thanks for saving my life!
