My family member needed a cpap machine. This company received received the order on a Friday and on Monday I called and they had not sent this for insurance approval yet. On Wednesday the company realized that they did not have all of the information for insurance approval. So a week later, the insurance approval process has not even started. I would expect that a company who deals with cpap and respiratory equipment on a daily basis would know how to expedite the approval process.

The place needs to get their own phone number. Calling the one listed gets you options that take you to someplace called AERO CARE? which cannot get you connected to this place. Terrible way to handle customers!!

17 days and still no equipment. They verified insurance. I know I need to meet my deductible and have no issues paying in full out of pocket. Told me friday they were too busy but I could come in Monday. Its Monday and all of a sudden they need to make sure I do not need a prior authorization. Insuranxe company told me I wouldnt but thats not good enough for them. I am tired of getting the run around. I just started school and want to get a good night sleep

I had to set myself up on the C- pap, I tried it out, at first I had the mask, this didn't work at all. Then I tried the wisp mask, it started me on level 5, then went to 20 after 15 to 20 min. I called them and told them I felt like I was Suffocating and took the mask off in my sleep after 2hrs , after I called them to explain this to them, they told me I would get used to it.
