I went here for food poisoning. They got me back super fast and listened to my concerns. Dr. Batman gave me two options for my treatment. He kept on checking in during my stay. The nurses were amazing and made sure I was comfortable during my stay.

I went to the emergency area information service, neither the boy nor the girl could answer my question. I needed to know when I need to return to the hospital again to follow up on my analysis since the doctor called me on the phone and told me that I needed to come back again. It is truly unfortunate that the service at the information desk is not at an adequate level for the quality of doctors who treated me there. Come in for severe abdominal pain. No one here still took 20 min to get in and not very nice at all. Dr just as bad. When people are hurt they are edgy. In this hospital the Dr will throw you out and be just as rude. No stars and won't come back. Bergin mercy is the way I guess

Everyone i spoke with was very kind. They heard my complaint and the Dr was very good with communication and testing to find my ailment cause. My nurse was lovely and overall care for me was wonderful.

MD Scott Madden and RN Megan Velasquez in the ER saved my life. I can’t thank ya’ll and everyone else staffed in the department enough. God bless.
