Carissa, the MRI tech who took my MRI was outstanding! She was truly working in the spirit of service, which as a member of the Baha'i Faith, I consider to be equivalent to worshiping God. I say that for the following reasons. She was very kind and caring. She made sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain at all when she inserted the IV. Furthermore, she even knew Seals and Crofts, the musical group I requested, and provided their music during the procedure. One star for the horrible cafeteria, wow never had worse anywhere. The staff is rude and speaks horrible to guest at the facility.
