I've had very positive experiences with my previous stays at Bergan Mercy. But my last stay (two weeks ago), was not so satisfying. The nurses had very little knowledge of the medicines I normally take daily. They said they didn't have any orders for them. , and went 3 days without my diabetes medicine. And they wondered why my blood glucose was unusually high! I have not been here in years!! What's going on here?
I thought your nurses were great. All of them were traveling nurses. They took wonderful care of me. I don’t know how they did it. They were mostly short handed. As for the facility I would have to give it a C. The bathroom in my room 453 was subpar. The shower was awful. The shower head leaked badly. The handheld shower was broken and difficult to hold.
