I went to the emergency department and despite receiving no services I received a $650 bill. I understand there are charges just for being there but it seemed high so I contacted their dispute department that seemed irritated just to talk to me. I requested they review the level of emergency I was treated for. I was told it would be looked at and they would contact me and payments would resume after they reached back out. Slow, slow, and more slow..... Oh, did I say slow!!! If you have other plans within hours of appointment time, plan to reschedule!
