I am writing to share my concerns about an experience I had during a recent appointment. During my appointment, I felt targeted by a head nurse named Amanda. I believe she was trying to intimidate me through constant staring and mean looks. These providers, from the Drs, nurses, phlebotomists, front staff, all, are so very helpful. They make you feel that your health is important and they take the time needed to address concerns. I couldn't be happier with the service provided here.
