Posted hours are till 8 on Sundays, I walked in at 7:55 at the latest, the doors were unlocked, no one at the desk. I hear voices so I call out hello for 2- 3 minutes. Finally someone comes out and says had I been there two minutes earlier she could have seen me. I told her I had been standing there for 2 minutes, she said sorry we are closed. Cool, have the night you deserve. If you have posted hours someone should be at the desk.
Professional and Expedient
This is one of the best urgent care centers I have ever been to. Through their app, MyChart, I was able to check in and pay my copay for an urgent visit; this is unheard of. The waiting period was almost nothing. The RN and PA treated me with respect, listening to my complaints attemtently. The facility itself is top notch. By the time I left the office, I had received a notification from my pharmacy saying my med, prescribed by the PA, was ready for pickup. Amazing experience!!!
This place doesn't even deserve one star. Had to mark 1 just to post this. So extremely rude. No empathy for their patients. Talks to you like you're dumb. 40 min wait to be treated with disrespect. Lisa S Gentes is the one who saw us. Who talks to you like you're dumb and belittles what you're saying. In and out in under 90 mins, registration, exam, and pharmacy pickup. Quick and efficient. Love having the pharmacy on site.
