We have been to this location twice now for my daughter for urgent care. The first she needed an X-ray of her leg and the 2nd she had an ear infection. One trip they weren't too busy and the other was a busier day. We had great care both times. Nate was the provider we saw both visits and he was great with our daughter. The staff was very kind and great with us too. They were apologetic when we had a wait (it wasn't as bad as some places and it was a weekend). This will be our go to urgent care location as needed now.
This is seriously the worst place ever. I went in on a Saturday for what I suspected was a staph infection. They cultured it and prescribed antibiotics, saying the culture results would be back within 24-48 hours. I started antibiotics that night. I didn’t get a call 24 hours later. After 48 hours passed, I called because my 1 year old had several very similar sores on her hands. Explained in great detail how whole family is sick and only people getting better are those on antibiotics (amoxicillin to be exact). Refused to provide antibiotics unless I remained sick for 2 weeks, just ridiculous when you know the problem and the solution and the doctors still refuse to help you. And furthermore talked with my fiancé afterwards just the lack of listening and caring by staff is incredible. Don't go there if you have a Service Dog, completely Unprofessional & Rude, ADA Law Breakers.
I am visiting from out of town and forgot a medication. I was seen so quickly and taken care of with such kindness. The nurse Emma and Dr Eva were so sweet, and the girl at the front desk was fantastic. Location is very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.
