Very unprofessional experience. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in listening. Communication was terrible — nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. I felt disrespected, belittled and would not recommend to anyone seeking quality care.
Medical care excellent but getting hold of anyone for assistance outside of an emergency has proven to be near impossible. I've been put on hold for a half hour, told someone would call me back - they didn't - and been transferred multiple times to people who never pick up. I think I'm just going to drive up there (45 minutes one way) so I can't be ignored.
Not having any available appointments until January is insane. It’s June. I already spent 3 months going to multiple DR appointments just to get a referral to have to wait over 6 months to maybe figure something out.
I met with Dr Woodward for my tremors he was fantastic
