Staff is always friendly during check in & nursing staff are caring snd attentive.
Great service and very friendly people.
Dr. Bremer staff was able to get me in quickly and I always receive excellent care from everyone.
Very unprofessional experience. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in listening. Communication was terrible — nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. I felt disrespected, belittled and would not recommend to anyone seeking quality care.
Medical care excellent but getting hold of anyone for assistance outside of an emergency has proven to be near impossible. I've been put on hold for a half hour, told someone would call me back - they didn't - and been transferred multiple times to people who never pick up. I think I'm just going to drive up there (45 minutes one way) so I can't be ignored.
