Wish I could give this less than 1 star. Oh I can't help a patient since I have 17 people, is not an excuse. Go check with someone and get them help when you patient has told you what their doctor has told them to do. When the family walks out and sees 3 nurses sitting at the desk it makes it look like nothing is being done to answer the patient request. How about you get up from the desk and get off your phones. Also be sure you log off your computer. NO ONE wants to see you calling another patient fat on your secure chat!!... read more
That number provided does not connect me to that department. Very disappointed in the care provided in both the hospital and the rehab. I won't go into all of the issues but if there is another hospital of choice use that one. There were a very few outstanding employees.
