Surgery went great for my son. They checked in with me twice during the surgery. But, unfortunately while in Phase 1 recovery they told me I couldn’t see him until Phase 2 (understandable). I waited an hour and a half, no update or invite to come back to see him. He called me from his room upstairs in pain, asking me to come to his room. Underwent hernia surgery on July 19, Dr. Wolpert was phenomenal. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From pre-op to post-op, Dr. Wolpert and his team went above and beyond. I am incredibly pleased with the care I received and highly recommend Bergan Mercy.
