I was taken by ambulance with a dislocated elbow from a shelter in Omaha to the CHI E.R. and released at 2:30 a.m. in extremely cold temperature. I was in extreme pain and was given Fentanyl, which didn't help much I was forced to change clothing in the restroom and dress myslef
They don't seem to care about anyone. No communication and long wait time.
On Wednesday evening, August 14th 2024,my 9 year son was at school all day at around 1130-1140 am that day he was outside at recess playing Ga Ga Ball. For those that do not know what that is its considered another form of dogeball but using any enclosed circular fence that is called a pit. My experiences as a patient have always been great! The staff is kind, professional, and work hard to make sure I have everything I need.
They were very nice and professional, but I was in the waiting room for 2.5 hours when they said it would take 1 hour. I think they forgot me. I've been bedridden for 2 days so it was rough to stay upright. They need to improve their sense of 'urgency' at the urgent care
