I absolutely love this office. I got a same day appointment and I spent little to no time in the waiting room or the exam room. Everyone was very quick, pleasant and thorough. Thanks so much guys! I also want to note that they have 3 stars because one of their three reviews gave one star because the person didn't come prepared. Finding parking, finding the office, and paying for parking are all very simple processes and have nothing to do with the facility. Terrible terrible terrible! First I could not find the place, then there was no parking, then I had to pay to park so I got there 10 minutes late just so that the receptionist could tell me that the doctor had a meeting and would have to reschedule me. How does that happen question
After reading the one star reviews, I was skeptical of making an appointment at this location. However, I work in the building, so I decided to try it out. Jill Johnson is one of the best health care providers that I have ever had. She spent at least 25 minutes with me going over my lab results and explaining everything. I highly recommend making an appointment with her! Parking downtown is always a gamble, but there are usually spots right out front! Don't let the other reviews deter you!
