I would like to state that the care I have received from the medical providers is not in question, rather, this is a review of the billing and procedures of the CHI Clinic. I scheduled and received an annual physical in March of 2026. The physical exam was routine. It was agreed that no lab work was necessary as I had lab work done for a separate minor surgery within the previous 6 months. Before coming here, my older doctors used never to sit and talk to me. They were just run their test and send me on my way. Here my doctor is AJ Nixon and he seems to care. He follows my concerns and talks about options. It’s usually easy to get into see him. The nurses and staff are extremely friendly also. I’ve been going there for the past seven years.
