I have come to this clinic many times within the past year, and it has always been a kind and caring experience. The communication is there throughout the visit also. Thank you to all the old and new staff for all the help ❤️
Two days ago, I went to use the service at the office. The staff there provided good service, but there was one person who was an interpreter. He made me feel bad, very down. His actions and words were really bad. He made me feel really bad. I don't know why I had to think about his words. His job was to translate what I said. Why did he have to say that I was talkative and demanding? And the translation was not accurate. Thank you. And I will never go there again. The doctor didn't care about me. Staff and provider were all very kind and helpful. Andrew Chida was such an attentive provider. He explained things well and showed he cared. I will be using their services again!

The clinic itself was alright, but the APRN Lauren Schreffler was awful to me. She didn't examine me at all, she was rude and did not listen. In total she was in the room less than 7 minutes, handed me an after visit summary and told me, "good luck." She was not comforting or helpful in anyway and it was the biggest waste of money.
