Very disappointing. I'm a m1 so everything should have been easily visible. Somehow I ended up with a very swollen lip, sore teeth on that side and the worse sore throat I've ever had. I've had general before with no issues and am aware you can have sore throat. No one came post procedure to explain what occurred though we heard they had difficulty and the tube got bumped. The anesthesia report says nothing. I'm 1 day post and still can barely talk, teeth sore and lip still swollen.
This groups billing department is completely incompetent! Have been fighting with them for months just to have them bill my insurance. Will never go to CHI ever again. What a dumpster fire, 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
