My girlfriend was having weird symptoms for a little while and decided to go here since they could get her in quickly. They immediately said she had a uti without a test which they started her on antibiotics for. I had my first visit with Dr Khan at 16101 Evans St #100 Omaha, NE. to help me with PTSD from past Law Enforcement career. He was very supportive and helpful to my needs. After having a 40 minute conversation with him, I was able to talk with his mental health counselor Chelsea Hunter. I will continue with my therapy with her and really appreciate the support that she has provided. Facility claims they sent me my itemized receipt when they only sent the instructions to collect on a preventative care exam. Went in there telling them to keep it preventative, yet here I am making payments. Best yet, I appealed and was told they found some issues with the billing codes used but didn’t have a resolution. I just found out they have the resolution, keep his money and not tell him we closed the investigation, fun 2 month wait. Hammer down
