CenturyLink Center Omaha Blake Shelton kinda upset cuz vip silver supose to get in early to buy stuff and the secruity said no they would not let us in � the secruity is saying they were told NO & it didnt matter what the paper says! alot of people very upset! supervisor came up and was mad. he told us hes never had it where people could come in ealry to buy merchandise and he didnt care what the paper said he wasnt doing it! he was very rude!�

You refuse entry to any and all active off-duty law enforcement officers who carry concealed firearms, even though your weapons policy pertains to non-law enforcement persons, but yet you employ ARMED SECURITY GUARDS for the events, who are not even current active law enforcement??!!... You're security director even stated that you "have a problem with off-duty officers"... You clearly dont like law enforcement officers, and you clearly don't know who the good guys are... Having the skywalk from the hotel is very convenient, the facilty is beautiful, staff were nice. The only thing I would change is long lines (to get in and long lines to get alcohol). I think if they can make those flow nicer it would be a lot more enjoyable. I don't mind being scanned by security it's for everyone's safety.
allowing people to bring purses. the rules ridiculous and I've never had a venue tell me I cant have my belongings. just check purses. but guess you wont be getting my money when I cant bring in my purse. your loss. hard to know when you dont live in town and drive in just for a show.
Not a great experience our first time in Omaha at the Arena. We were the first ones in line and no one knew what was going on. There were two types of early entry that the staff were not briefed on. It was quite the debacle getting in. When you pay a ton of money for tickets it would be nice if the staff knew what was happening.
Parking close by. Reasonably priced food.
