It was incredibly hot in the building. Being packed in like sardines we had to leave early.
Open a bag check. We had no idea...took an uber and had to backtrack to hotel then back to venue only to have missed the opening act. Staff was super rude. Will never return to CenturyLink Omaha.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. The usher for section 121A was very attentive and helpful. I had some medical issues and needed a wheelchair after the show last night and two of the medics escorted me safely to the front plaza and were very chatty and kind. Only suggestion would be to install power outlets in the accessible seating area, otherwise I wouldn't have had any issue. Ed Sheeran was amazing though. Wonderful show, thank you for having him!
Came to see sold out Monday night raw and went to concessions and almost everything was unavailable, at only 1 hour after it started. There was not even ice available for drinks! We will always make sure to eat before going there ever again.
Lady Gaga concert - drink lines were ridiculous, spent 20 minutes waiting to get a drink, only to find out that most of the drink stations are cash only. No signs to let people know that before they get up to the counter. Then they have to pour all canned drinks into a plastic cup, which is double the trash and a total waste of time! We ended up waiting 1.5 hours in our seats before the concert actually started (and they never explained why it started so late) and it was about 80 degrees in there. Sooooo hot.
