All I can say is that if you can find an alternative place for your primary care I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place gets its business primarily by being one of the only medical facilities in the West Seattle junction area.

I recently found out that I have spine problems. I just recently started going to this clinic. I’ve been waiting for just about almost 22 days still have not been referred. Every time I call the number that they put in my chart to where they sent the referral and they still haven’t received it, I’ve called multiple times never got a clear answer to this day. I’m still trying to figure out. When am I gonna get my referral sent somewhere so that I can get help that I need it very sad

Do not go here. If you know you will have a bill do not even attempt to go here. They send you to collections without notice and you can't get a hold of their collection agency. And the only way to satisfy your bill is to speak with a supervisor once it has gotten to this point - I spent 3+ days trying to get a hold of their collection agency to no avail with countless of voicemails left and no one contacted me back.
