I just have to commend the entire staff who made my surgery such a great experience. I am overwhelmed with appreciation for my nurse Brian, whom calmed my nerves and took care of my every need. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I am so very thankful for his kindness and great attitude. It honestly felt like we were just two friends hanging out. Pre-paid my procedure. Received a large bill afterwards. It took four phone calls to get the itemized bill sent to me. When the itemized bill arrived the descriptions are cut off, so rather unhelpful. I've been calling trying to clarify with them for several weeks and I get bounced back and forth between various departments with no one able to answer my question. So be aware, that you will get surprised billed and if you have any questions you will not have anyone able to clarify or help you with that.
I took my wife here for surgery today. I think she had the best surgery experience ever :-) Everybody was friendly and helpful. Our nurse Brian was truly amazing; an extremely caring person who obviously loves and excels at his job.
I had carpal tunnel surgery earlier this month. The doctors and and nursing staff was amazing.
My husband recently had a hip scope done here in Gig Harbor and I have nothing but great things to say! While the front desk lady didn’t seem too friendly, the nurses and the doctors were PHENOMENAL! We had the pleasure of meeting Sheryl and Katie who listened to all my silly questions and made us feel almost like family. They took care of my husband and I am extremely pleased.
