Hi today 2/3 my mother went to an appointment, the doctor is kind of, patient , and takes his time but a practice is who works for you and even though he is a great ENT , his receptionist and assistant and while my mom did not get the name, she described her as the bigger boned compared to the rest of the staff , my mother is walker dependent and has a small bladder and she made her go to the restroom outside the building , not the one inside the office , during translation when md assess , called my mother deragotory terms ... read more

I waited almost a year to get an appointment. When I was finally seen, the doctor was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. I was told that they would contact me to confirm whether my insurance would approve the procedure. It has now been a month with no update, so I called to follow up. I was then told that they have not even been able to review my case, and that even if they did, they would not be able to perform the procedure. I will be requesting a new ENT from my primary after 2 visits. Both visits my appointment was at 2 I am currently in a room at 337 still no doctor for biopsy results. The nurse when asked for an ETA come to my room for instruments and no update on the dr. My lunch for work is an hour. Then at the time of my biopsy same thing 2 hours. When the doctor finally made it at 350 he left the door open a violation of HIPPA to give me my results. As a patient waiting cancer results this was unprofessional. My toddler and I had a great experience with the doctor and staff. They did a great job at making me feel comfortable for my toddlers procedure and they also went out of their way to make him feel calm. Everything was also done in a timely manner which is so important and appreciated when working with a child. I highly recommend!
