I booked an online appointment for a pedicure and received a voicemail from the receptionist asking me to call back. When I did, she was very rude and unpleasant in the way she spoke to me, and told me they didn’t actually have room for my appointment. Although she offered a later time, her attitude immediately left a bad impression, and I decided to take my business elsewhere. Customer service sets the tone for the whole experience, and unfortunately, mine was not a welcoming one.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the receptionist, I was with a bachelorette party so there was multiple appointments made. I arrived a few minutes past my appointment time and walked up to the front desk expecting a pedicure. She rolled her eyes and didn’t want to accommodate. I moved to Florida and year ago and started looking for a new nail tech around February. I had been to Chi Chis numerous times and I liked it. I would see Hunter on a monthly basis a couple times a month. I never had a issue with my pedicures they have always lasted but I can't seem to keep my nails on. I thought maybe it was time for a new set. So I had Hunter take them off and put on a new set. Had my nails done by the owner Chi Chi herself and go to this place at your own risk… they can’t do a simple nail art and charged me $56 for shit work. 0/10 recommend this place they are very pushy and rushed me when i made an appointment, very disappointed and i wasted my money , NEVER AGAIN!!! Here is the photo i asked for a it isn’t a very difficult set to do i could do them on my own if i really tried but that i go was just disgusting and unacceptable for them to let me walk out like that.
Friendly staff , excellent pedicure, sis the deluxe and it was very relaxing Very satisfied with overall service
