In searching for a gluten-free, or gluten friendly, place we found the Thai Bistro... We got to say chicken, fresh rolls, amazing saute with tofu with tofu and pad Thai with chicken. Everything was absolutely fantastic. I had never heard of the amazing saute But it was coconut and peanut sauce with broccoli and your choice of protein. Absolutely delicious!
