I walked into the salon looking like I had lost a fight with a box dye aisle and somehow Valerie turned it into a hair commercial. I had a horrible experience. Lasha Leath was the stylist. First of all she showed up to the hair appt late. I got an email confirmation at 600p and she showed up at 630p with no apology about being late. Then she kept telling me about a shampoo cocktail and i stated i just wanted a regular wash so whatever came with it. Since it was my 1st time there i didnt know that it doesn't include a steamer and she didn't inform me of that she just did it tryna charge me extra. Ms Lasha was absolutely amazing and super professional. I was having a lot of issues with the condition of my hair and after my first visit with her, my scalp feels amazing and it was great talking to her. She motivated my hair and my confidence with her expertise and friendly advice. She even pressed my hair and I didn’t feel much, coming from someone who jumps at the sign of any heat. I absolutely enjoyed my experience with her! Can’t wait to see my results and Ms Lasha next month.

I want to start by saying that I am not from the area and have never been to this salon. I booked a silk press and picked Sauna. And babyyyyyy… God makes no mistakes because her hands are BLESSED. She was young, gifted, knowledgeable, and took her time with my hair. Asked questions about my hair needs and took them into consideration for the style I requested.
