The stylist was very nice. But if im being honest the cut was nice but it was not styled afterwards. No curl or bend to my hair. The cut was nice. However It was not close to the inspo I provided. My hair didn't give that it was just done other than it was cut. I would try again because the wash and blow dry was good. It was a good experience because the workers were nice and the atmosphere. I walked into the salon looking like I had lost a fight with a box dye aisle and somehow Valerie turned it into a hair commercial. My hair had approximately 47 different colors happening at once and this woman looked at it like a personal challenge from the universe. Now let me prepare you: Valerie is delightfully quirky. I had a horrible experience. Lasha Leath was the stylist. First of all she showed up to the hair appt late. I got an email confirmation at 600p and she showed up at 630p with no apology about being late. Then she kept telling me about a shampoo cocktail and i stated i just wanted a regular wash so whatever came with it. Since it was my 1st time there i didnt know that it doesn't include a steamer and she didn't inform me of that she just did it tryna charge me extra.
