The owner, Milan J, is very knowledgeable about hair care. She works hard to ensure all of the stylists at Chi Bella provide extraordinary customer service to all of Chi Bella's clients.
The owner doesn’t have any common sense. She’s wasn’t polite and very rude, and disrespectful. Her dismissive attitude was so shocking to me that I couldn’t believe that she wasted my time contacting me. Her poor behavior was not welcoming at all. I was so annoyed by her terrible attitude. She was talking over me and was trying to talk for me like she’s me. Females like her need a reality check on life.
For my first time at this location, it was amazing thanks to Valery! She was an absolute pleasure to talk to AND my hair turned out amazing. She washed my hair thoroughly and the detangling process wasn’t painful (and I’m tenderheaded) Definitely ask for her and you won’t regret it.
