I want to start by saying that I am not from the area and have never been to this salon. I booked a silk press and picked Sauna. And babyyyyyy… God makes no mistakes because her hands are BLESSED. She was young, gifted, knowledgeable, and took her time with my hair. Asked questions about my hair needs and took them into consideration for the style I requested. Excellent customer service! Prompt service and I absolutely loved my hair cut! I will definitely make future appointments with Ms. Mar'Reiyonna!! Also fast service. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours!!
I was very disappointed. Even from the process with booking seemed off and the stylist and location was changed multiple times before my appointment. The main reason I wanted to get my hair done was to get a trim. After my hair was washed and I got my deep conditioner the stylist went right to doing the flexi rods. I had asked when will my hair be trimmed she said “after my flexi rod set when it’s stretched”. Did not sound right to me but went along. The salon is cute and cozy. My hair came out great! The new stylist Sauna took her time (maybe too much time haha which is why it’s a 4/5 for me) but I really loved the results. I got a silk press with a dusting trim. I would definitely return.
I decided to visit this salon as a walk in. A stylist took me in between appointments. The customer service was good, from the owner, stylist and receptionist. I told the stylist I wanted a silk press. My hair has grown out from the pictures I showed them, so the style I wanted could not be achieved without a cut. I decided not to cut, but just get it pressed and bumped. The stylist washed my hair and blow dried it in sections.
