I went to Chhoy Nails & Spa in Zachary for a pedicure, take off, and new set. I received the pedicure and went to soak off. Before a soak off, they drill your nail bed. During this process, one of the male workers cut my finger (did not throw the drill bit away btw). He apologized immediately and instructed me to put my hands in the mixture to soak the nails off.
